Delivery Times:

— South Africa: 1–2 working days in major areas; up to 10 in outlying regions.

— International: Delivery via DHL Express. Estimated 15–20 working days. Customs delays may apply.

— ZAR 90.00 (Western Cape)

— ZAR 130.00 (Nationwide)

— Free shipping on SA orders over ZAR 1200.00

International Rates: Calculated at checkout based on location. Customs/import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Updates: You’ll receive confirmation and tracking via email once your order is processed and shipped.

— We accept returns within 14 working days of delivery.

— Items must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging.

— Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to return:

(or via Postnet, R99 courier, to Woodstock Postnet, Cape Town)

Refunds:

Processed via Payfast once the item is received and checked. Please allow 5–10 working days to reflect.

Please Note:

— Shipping costs are non-refundable.

— Returns missing original tags/bags may be subject to a small fee.

— International orders are non-refundable if undelivered due to incorrect info or customs fees.
