Sama Sama Giftcard

Our gift card is a thoughtful way to share the gift of conscious fashion. Whether celebrating a birthday, special occasion, or simply treating someone you love, it allows the recipient to choose the pieces that best suit their style.

Redeemable both online and in-store, gift cards are delivered digitally via email with simple instructions for use. Simply enter the unique code at checkout online or present it in-store when making a purchase.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any remaining balance can be used on future purchases until the full value has been redeemed.

Every Sama Sama piece is thoughtfully designed in Cape Town and carefully prepared by our small team.

Dispatch Days

We dispatch orders every Wednesday and Friday (excluding public holidays). Once your order has been packed and collected by our courier partner, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

If on Pre-order

By producing in small batches, we're able to reduce unnecessary overproduction while ensuring every garment receives the care and attention it deserves.

Lead Time

Your garment will be carefully made especially for you, with an estimated lead time of approximately 28 business days before dispatch. Where possible, we'll always aim to complete your order sooner.

Natural Variations

Many of our garments are crafted using natural fibres or garment-dyed fabrics. As a result, subtle variations in colour, texture and weave may occur, making each piece beautifully unique.

Delivery

South African orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. International delivery times vary by destination and selected shipping method.

We ship internationally. Complimentary shipping is available on all South African orders over R1500.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We hope you love your Sama Sama piece. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, full-priced items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned garments must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
