Do you have a store?

We are based online, but if you would like to try something on, you are welcome to get in touch and visit us at our studio location.

Where are your garments made?

We manufacture locally, and we are proud to support local manufacturing companies that credibly support and sustain ethical business and fair wage practices.

How does your sizing work?

Our garments are always made and designed with comfort in mind, we focus on compassion for the body. If you are unsure of which size works for you, or have any other specific measurement inquiry, please feel free to drop us a mail samasamact@gmail.com, and we will do our very best to assist you. You can view our customized Size Guide available.

Do you restock sold out garments?

Being a slow fashion brand with a small scale business operation, we only do small runs and therefore makes it difficult to restock an item once it is sold out. You are welcome to get in touch with us via mail and we can check to see if we have any available via our various stockists. 

What is the Classic Collection?

Our Classic Collection is a group of core garments that we have decided (with you in mind) that can be purchased year round 'Trans-seasonal Range'. Have a look whats on offer HERE.

Made from our favorite strong and study base-cloths, being the Organic Cotton Canvas, that 'just wears better with age'. Keep a watch out as we slowly introduce new core pieces in high quality durable base cloths! 

You mention a love for innovators - designers, artists, photographers. I would love to collaborate?

We are always here for connecting, and would love to hear from you, and what you in mind. Drop us a mail with your ideas and we'll be in touch as soon as we can!

Do you offer rentals & sourcing of garments for shoots / TVC etc?

Yes we most certainly do! We have a set daily rate which is calculated at twenty percent of the total amount hired (this can be dependent on the garment/s though). But we are happy and available to chat with you if funds are not an option, and you would like to look at hiring in exchange for quality images etc. 

Do you take on interns & offer interviews?

Yes we do, dependent on the time of year and how busy we are, but will never say no to a helping hand! Happy for interviews too - drop us a mail to get in touch :)

How can we stock Sama Sama?

We do wholesale our garments, locally and/or internationally. We also stock via various retailers in South Africa through rental and/or commission basis. View more info on this through the Contact Us page, and get in touch with us.

Shipping & Orders

Do you offer order customization?

Nope, being a slow fashion brand, it is difficult to offer custom orders etc, but we can always try to assist as best possible - if it be minor changes etc. Else we are happy to refer you to some local tailors within the Cape Town surrounds. 

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Our standard delivery time is to have your order shipped within 1- 4 working days via local courier companies, this varies and we aim to reduce this time, but if we are making to order, please refer to more info on the Orders & Shipping page.

You should receive an order confirmation as soon as the order has been processed (Via Shopify or Invoice). Lastly your tracking number will be sent as soon as the order is packaged and on it's way to you. 

Returns & Exchanges Policy?

If you have placed an order and have not received it yet, you are able to get a full refund. If your order has been delivered to you you need to follow the instructions on our Orders & Shipping page.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, for international deliveries we use DHL, shipping can 5 -15 working days from sending the parcel. We will provide the tracking number as soon as your package has shipped.

Please ensure you provide complete and accurate information for your contact details and address, as we will not be held liable for undelivered or lost parcels. Please note that you may be liable for shipping or import duties when importing goods into your country.
