Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:
― The item/s must have been sold on our online store. ― The item/s should be returned in good condition with all original tags and bags. ― The return or exchange request is made within 14 working days of delivery. ― The return is made within 14 working days of the return or exchange request.
How our returns procedure works?
Please follow these instructions for returns and refunds:
― Email us at support@samasama.co.za to tell us you will be returning your purchase and give a brief detail why (doesn't fit, doesn't suit you etc).
― Package with all original tags and bags included.
― Return address: Sama Sama Studios at Unit 210 ( Second Floor ), Salt Circle Arcade, 374 Albert Road, Salt River, Woodstock, 7925 or the Woodstock Postnet ( R99 for courier ), Cape Town.
NB* If the original tags and bags are not included with the return we will deduct a small fee from your refund amount.
Processing your refund?
― On receipt of your return and only if in the same condition as when packaged to deliver to you, we will process your refund via our payment gateway Payfast. Please allow 5 - 10 working days for the refund to reflect ( this is the amount of time they stipulate but it usually takes quicker - bank dependent ).
Are sale items purchased exchangeable and/or refundable?
― All items purchased at a sale or discounted rate are considered final sales, and are non-returnable and/or refundable.
Are any other shipping charges during a return and exchange refundable?
― Original shipping and return shipping charges are non refundable.

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, for international deliveries we use:
― DHL, shipping can 5 - 25 working days from sending the parcel.
― We will provide the tracking number as soon as your package has shipped.
― Please ensure you provide complete and accurate information for your contact details and address, as we will not be held liable for undelivered or lost parcels.
― Please note that you may be liable for shipping or import duties when importing goods into your country.
