SHIPPING & RETURNS
We deliver anywhere in South Africa using Speed Services Couriers. Deliveries to major centers takes between 2 - 4 days while outlying areas can take up to 10 days. Deliveries to major centers cost ~R99 though this varies according to delivery location. As soon as your parcel has been sent we will send the tracking information to the email address provided, please coordinate receiving the parcel and have it delivered to a location where you will most likely be i.e. home or office.
Shipping to international customers we use DHL, shipping can take up to 15 days from receiving your tracking number. Please provide accurate delivery address and contact information as return to sender items will not be refunded however we will deliver again at the customers expense should the delivery be missed.
If you move location it is your responsibility to update your delivery address before your item has been sent, you can contact us directly via email email@example.com
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from order. Once the order is complete your item will reach you within 7-20 business days depending on your location. International shipping is a standard rate of R350 per delivery and is sent via registered mail. Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties charged by the receiving country.
Sama Sama Returns Policy
SAMA SAMA adheres to the regulations outlined in the CPC of South Africa and aims to provide our customers the best and fairest service we are able.
Should you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped please notify us as soon as possible, and we will provide a full refund. If your item has already been shipped to you, the following information applies.
Returns requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item, and are exchangeable for another of the same item, or the issuing of equivalent credit to use on our web store only.
Returns requests must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org, after which we will send you the compulsory return Item form. Once a return request is approved the return address and any relevant information will be sent to you. Return Items must be sent through a reputable delivery agent and must be sent with a tracking number which MUST be sent to the email address above within 24 hours of the items being sent. Returns are available provided the following conditions are met.
- You received a different size or color from your original order
- The size you ordered does not fit, in this case the return shipping will need to be paid by you in full, and arrangements must be made to try on the garment in one of our market stalls or retail outlets,
- The product is in its original sale-able condition, free from alterations, and contains all original labelling and packaging, this needs to be done within 7 days of receipt of the product
- The returned item or items MUST be in the same packaging it was delivered to reduce any chances of damage during transport
- All items purchased at a sale or discounted rate are considered Final Sales and are NON-returnable
- Original Shipping and Return Shipping Charges are non refundable
